My story...

My name is Ricky Nerone and I am a certied Independent Provider living and working in the North East Ohio Region. I am looking to generate new relationships with families who are seeking special needs care.

I offer hands on activities, services and opportunities for you and your special family members in the hopes of reaching your child’s behavioral and daily goals. I have experience in home health care for special needs children and adults, both moderate to severe. I have my Masters from Notre Dame College and found that helping individuals is a true passion.

I work with both private clients as well as individuals with county waivers and offer 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 services.

Education, Training and Personal History

Growing up, I began working at a young age with my family's construction business. This helped to shape my work ethic as it stands today. Discovering helping people on a more personal level was my true passion; I worked my way though college and grad school, eventually licensing my own Health Care company. I have completed all classes (minus student teaching) necessary for my Masters at Notre Dame College. Rather than take time off work to finish student teaching, I am focusing on growing my own company. Now, as an Independent Provider, I service up to 4 counties in Ohio, and am currently working with 18-20 individual clients.
